The 2020 March Board of Review is where you would appeal the 2020 Assessed and Taxable Valuations. Our office will begin to schedule appointments starting Monday, February 3, 2020. The Assessment Notices are mailed out the week of February 3rd so that they can be reviewed prior to the March Board of Review. The Board of Review will be meeting Monday, March 9, 2020 - Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
The function and objective of the Board of Review by law is to review all the available information pertaining to the condition of your property, sales of properties in the market area that have not been foreclosed on or damaged during the foreclosure process or properties that were sold under duress. The hearing process is an independent review of the assessment function.
